Fruits are full of essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and fiber. It is very essential to have a few portions of fruits in daily routine. Eat fresh fruit rather than consuming frozen or canned fruits. One of the best and effective ways to lose weight is by eating fruits.

1. Watermelons

Watermelon has very few calories and mainly consists of fiber and water content. The benefit of eating watermelon to lose weight is that it keeps you hydrated. You can eat watermelon separately or use it in a salad.

2. Blue berries.

3. Grapefruits

By consuming half a grapefruit before every meal you can lower the secretion of insulin which helps in storing fat in the body. They are also rich in Vitamin C, Potassium, Proteins and Folic acid.
